To find the relationship between pressure and location, eighteen pressure taps were placed along the length of the 1:12 scale model of the Dodge Charger (right). We then tested the model in the wind tunnel (below) at 15 and 25 Hz which corresponds to 12 and 20 m/s. A pressure transducer took voltage readings for each of the taps and using the calibration curve of the transducer we found the pressure at each of the taps. Using this pressure we then found the pressure coefficient.
