Hi, my name is Ben Atkins. I was born in Pomona, California, but grew up in Boston, Massachusetts. I attended Beaver Country Day School in Chestnut Hill, MA, for high school and graduated in 2004. Currently I am enrolled at Union College in Schenectady, NY, class of 2008. My major is interdepartmental Computer Science and Visual Art. While not at school I have worked for several companies including Source Code Company, Peripheral Parts Support, and most recently ID Tech Camps. In my free time I enjoy playing sports, running, hanging out with friends, and making art. I'm a big fan of music and enjoy going to see live bands and playing guitar. Union just recently instituted a digital and media arts program and is in the process of offering courses in this area which has resparked my interest in visual arts and made me realize how much I enjoy working with the arts. I am a designer/artist with experience making web sites (see the web section), and am willing to take on web design or other computer related projects for a fee (see the contact section).
