On a dark and dreary Tuesday, sometime in April maybe the 7th, I'm not too sure and its often to painful to try and remember, Vuser the Heart and Soul of the Virtual Consortium suffered a massive HeartDrive Attack, rendering it useless. It remained on life support for a week, as those closest to the machine held vigil at its side, but in the end no more could be done, and the life of vuser came to end. BUT, Through a modern miracle known as cryrogenics, VU's life might have been able to have been saved, none were too sure, we hoped for the best as we began the defrosting process. To our astonishment Vuser slowly came back to us. AND THERE WAS MUCH REJOYCE. But wait, said the doctor, the process is still a little experimental, although vuser, has lived to walk again, its been setback almost 6 months in its memory, and still there was some rejoyce, "but where oh where did my little birds go", yelled one vigil holder, and still there was a little rejoyce, "and what about my collection of non-copyrighted mp3 files?", yelled another, and there was a bit of rejoyce. VU had been saved, why not rejoyce? And there came one final yell from the crowd, "What about my resume?" And the rejoycing ended, swiftly the crowd pummeled poor doctor Hagopian, and mercissly beat him with sticks, and dragged him though the streets. "Its a damn shame," one man was heard saying "that it all had to come to this. If only he had backed up."
