Small Business Development Center at the famous Wharton business
school. They offer inexpensive frequent courses on how to
start a business, special topics courses for small business,
and counseling for entrepreneurs.

- The U.S. Small Business Administration.

Business Incubation Association - Nationwide association
of "small business incubators". These provide low
cost office, laboratory and manufacturing space to start-up
companies. They can also provide guidance on how to get a
new business going, such as local sources of financing. Links
